A Quick Overview

Sugar Sweet Bites is a bit of a confusing name for this blog. My food ideal is healthy, clean and delicious. After all, what's life when lived on dry lettuce?

A healthy diet is promoted all over the internet, but the reality of diets are that most are unhealthy and filled with ingredients prompting questions. Is this ingredient even from nature?

Too often health food is confused with a "diet" (The calorie deficit food plan, not the food consumed by a given person). A "diet" is a restrictive, temporary meal plan comprised of fads, poor nutrition and tiny caloric amounts. Health food is also comprised of lower calories, but it also consists of constant necessary nutrition and substance. Healthy living is just that, a lifestyle.
